The Deputy Director for Programme is a member of the Senior Leadership Team of the Centre. They are directly responsible for the management of the Programme team and the Programme booking journey of the guests. They are in charge of the planning and safe delivery of all activities offered by the Centre, overseeing the risk management plan of the Centre and maintaining the external activity centre label of the Centre. The Programme Director will manage and organise the programme training for all staff members (long-term, short-term, high season and special guides).

We are looking for three experienced and creative people for the public relations team, to volunteer remotely and support our 100 years celebration of Kandersteg International Scout Centre. This team will be responsible for building and managing relationships with journalists and media worldwide, managing media activity and other activities. Together with the Reception Manager, the Reception Assistant is the first contact for Guests at the Centre and is responsible for managing the administrative work relating to the Centre’s Guests.
