The KISC Solidarity Fund was created to support volunteer Scouts, who do not have the financial means to visit Kandersteg International Scout Centre (KISC). Diversity in the Staff team is one of the core pillars of the operations of KISC – with the definition of diversity being: economic background of the country of origin, geographical location, language, cultural background, age and motivation to volunteer at KISC and represent the values of Scouting.

The Fund is applicable to the following groups of volunteer Scouts visiting KISC:

  1. Short-Term Staff – volunteering engagement up to three months in Kandersteg
  2. Long-Term Staff – volunteering engagement between four months to one year in Kandersteg

Categories in the maximum allowance: Short Term Staff
